If I could give Ben and team more than 5 stars I surely would. I had a wire come lose on my garage and called overhead Door company to come have it fixed. My conversation with Ben couldn't have been better or anymore courteous. Reality is due to Ben's care and courtesy he actually acquired my business in a much bigger way then my call originally intended. Went from a 50 dollar fix to a state of the art opener. Ben had his team come out same day (what a stud) and the two guys that showed up were rockstars. They installed the state of the art opener, explained exactly how it works, synced my door opener and were on their way in under 2 hours. When it comes time to put a new door on the garage Overhead doors will SURELY get the first call. Many thanks to the team at overhead doors.

I woke up one morning to find the spring on my garage door in pieces. I called Overhead Door Company of Southern Ontario and spoke with Ben who was fantastic to deal with. They sent their crew out right away. My door is over thirty years old so parts are hard to come by. But these guys managed to get the parts and make the repairs in only a couple hours.
